We source only AOP-certified butter, single-origin chocolate, and fresh seasonal fruit from trusted Normandy farms.
Our bakers begin at 3AM so that every pastry reaches you at the peak of freshness — never more than a few hours old.
Every laminated dough, piped choux, and glazed tart is shaped entirely by hand. There are no machines in our heart.
Pre-order by Friday evening and collect fresh Saturday or Sunday morning. Free delivery in Paris 6ème.
